Orders, Shipping, Returns & Digital Products

Who is selling your order
This policy describes purchases made directly from Official Shiloh Esther. Current website purchase links lead to outside services, including independent retailers. For an outside purchase, check the seller identified at checkout and that seller's delivery and return terms. Our planned direct-order shipping arrangements do not override an outside seller's terms.

Product details, pricing, and acceptance
Before ordering, review the product listing for format, dimensions, edition, age guidance, quantity, included items, and whether a book is signed, personalized, printed on demand, or part of a bundle. A digital edition is not a physical book. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); applicable shipping, taxes, and other charges are disclosed before you commit to payment.
Any future direct checkout will explain order confirmation and acceptance before payment. We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, inability to fulfill, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error, subject to applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and return any payment as required. We will not silently substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted price without any required agreement.
Production, shipping, and preorders
Direct physical orders will ship within the United States only, using UPS. Production and order preparation happen before UPS transit begins. The applicable preparation estimate, UPS service, shipping charge, and delivery estimate must be confirmed before a direct order is paid for. A fixed production or dispatch timeframe has not yet been established for direct sales. Carrier transit estimates depend on the service and destination and are not a promise of same-day dispatch. Outside sellers set their own shipping options and destinations.
Preorders display the anticipated dispatch date and any material conditions before payment. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the notice, cancellation choice, revised estimate, and refund required by applicable law. Where the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies and no shipment time was stated, its default period applies. We do not treat silence as agreement to every indefinite delay.
Contact hello@officialshilohesther.com promptly if an address is incorrect, a shipment is delayed, or an order is missing. We will investigate with the relevant provider and arrange the remedy required by law. A carrier's scan does not automatically defeat every legitimate nondelivery claim.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items
Contact hello@officialshilohesther.com with the order number, a description, and photographs if reasonably available. Tell us as soon as possible to help us resolve the issue promptly; this requested period does not shorten a mandatory statutory right. We will provide an appropriate replacement, repair where relevant, refund, or other legally required remedy. Any necessary return instructions and responsibility for return postage will be explained. Do not send an item to an unconfirmed return address.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
All direct book sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, or offer discretionary refunds. Please check the edition, format, quantity, and any personalization carefully before purchasing.
This policy does not exclude remedies required by law for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items, or legally required cancellations and refunds. Contact hello@officialshilohesther.com if there is a problem with your order. Do not send an item back without return instructions.
Digital downloads, songs, and audio
Digital downloads sold directly by us are available instantly after successful payment, rather than being shipped. Check the product listing for file type, compatibility, permitted use, and access instructions before purchasing. Contact hello@officialshilohesther.com if a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description.
Digital download sales are final. Because digital content is supplied instantly, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. This does not limit applicable rights for non-delivery, defective or misdescribed digital content, or other mandatory remedies.
Digital products are licensed under our Terms of Access and Copyright & Permissions policy and any license displayed before purchase. Do not distribute files or access links outside that license. We will not promise lifetime access unless the offer explains and supports that commitment.
Bundles, bonuses, and promotions
A bundle includes only the items listed at purchase, including any stated song, recording, signature, activity, or other bonus. The listing identifies delivery methods and any expiry or eligibility restrictions. Bonuses are subject to the relevant personal-use license unless otherwise stated.
The final-sale policy also applies to bundles and promotional purchases, subject to mandatory consumer rights. If a refund is legally required, its amount will be determined from the price paid and applicable law. We will not impose a new charge for a previously described free bonus to defeat a refund right.
International consumer rights
If we sell into a jurisdiction with mandatory distance-selling or consumer guarantees, those protections prevail over conflicting policy language. Where applicable, precontract information and a withdrawal procedure, including any required cancellation form, are supplied. Exceptions for genuine personalization or immediately supplied digital content apply only when their legal conditions are met.
Other services
Author visits, speaking, school readings, events, custom licensing, wholesale, subscriptions, competitions, and other services require their own relevant offer or agreement if introduced. An inquiry does not confirm a booking. No recurring charge is authorized by these general website Terms; any recurring offer must present its price, renewal, consent, and cancellation terms separately.
